These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TADA mobile and web application (the "App"), provided by TADA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
TADA is a task and project management application. You can create, organize, and share tasks, and receive reminders about them.
You sign in to TADA using your Google account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of the tasks, projects, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). You're solely responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to share anything you enter, including information about other people.
You agree not to use the App to:
If you assign a task to someone by email, we'll send them an invitation on your behalf. You're responsible for only inviting people who expect to hear from you in this context.
You may stop using the App at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and features may change over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TADA and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
