Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information TADA ("TADA", "we", "us") collects when you use the TADA mobile and web application (the "App"), and how that information is used, stored, and deleted.

Information we collect

TADA only supports signing in with Google. When you sign in, we receive and store:

Your name, email address, and profile photo, as provided by Google
A unique account identifier issued by our authentication provider (Firebase Authentication)

When you use the App, we also store the content you create:

Tasks, subtasks, projects, due dates, priorities, and notes you add
If you assign a task to someone, the email address you assign it to and the task title, so we can notify them

We do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

How we store your information

Your account profile, tasks, and projects are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), scoped to your account. Security rules restrict this data so that only your signed-in account can read or write it. A copy of your tasks and projects is also cached locally on your device so the App works offline; this local cache is cleared when you sign out or delete your account.

Notifications

Task reminders are scheduled locally on your device using your device's notification system. We do not operate a push-notification server and do not collect device push tokens.

How we use your information

To let you sign in and identify your account
To create, sync, and display your tasks and projects across your devices
To deliver a task-assignment invitation email when you assign a task to someone else
To provide customer support if you contact us

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App: Profile → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, tasks, and projects from our systems, and deletes your sign-in account. This action cannot be undone.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, associated data described above is deleted as outlined above. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes (for example, fraud prevention).

Children's privacy

TADA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your choices

You can review and correct your profile information through your Google account. You can delete individual tasks or projects at any time within the App, and you can delete your entire account and all associated data as described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
